How did you get into healthcare?

Growing up I always thought I wanted to be a nurse, and in my senior year of high school we had a program that you could do Nursing Assistant work at the hospital. That didn't turn out so good because I would go home with the same symptoms as the patients I worked with. I've always been a people person and after years of working in restaurants this opportunity came along where I could be in the health care field and this is what I was meant to do almost 30 years now.

Why do you love what you do?

I love helping and being around people, and hoping I make a difference in someones life everyday.
